PRESSURE
KP Magnetic Field, CORALL, DOK2

Magnetic field pressure (PRESS and BPRESS objects) (B^2/8pi) is obtained from KP magnetic field data (2 min averaged).

Plasma pressure 1 (PRESS and NKTPRESS objects) (Pplasma = nkTion + nkTelectron) is calculated from CORALL parameters. Default electron pressure (can be changed in resource file) is half of the ion pressure.

Plasma pressure 2 (C_PRESS object) is calculated as energy density over CORALL (20 ev - 25 keV) spectra with 2 min averaging over azimuthal angle and integration over 5 polar angles
(Pplasma = 4pi*sqrt(Mprot*2)*Sum(sqrt(E_i)*J(E_i)*sin(Alpha)*cos(Alpha)^2*deltaE_i*deltaAlpha)
Electrons aren't taken into account.
Warning: Such way of plasma pressure calculation is valid only for isotropic plasma distribution.

Plasma pressure 3 (D_C_PRESS object) is calculated as energy density over combined CORALL and DOK2 (20 ev - 700 keV) spectra. Data from one DOK2 detector and one CORALL detector are used. Distribution function is considered to be isotropic. CORALL and DOK2 spectra are averaged over azimuthal angle.
(Pplasma = 4pi/3*sqrt(Mprot*2)*Sum(sqrt(E_i)*J(E_i)*deltaE_i)
Electrons aren't taken into account.

Plasma ram pressure is calculated as mnV^2 from CORALL parameters.
